侨乡文化生态行政法保护研究

摘 要  侨乡文化生态是侨乡文化永葆活力的根基，亦是吸引华侨华人回国贡献的精神源泉。学界多从侨乡文化来探讨华侨华人热爱家乡的情感意识，而较少探究文化生态在侨乡文化长久留存的决定因素。行政法保护能够实现侨乡文化生态的独特价值与社会意义。中国应通过以行政确认、行政许可、行政指导、行政给付、行政奖励、政府监督、公众参与，以及各种内外机制为元素的行政法保护机制保护侨乡文化生态，这将有利于侨乡文化得到系统化、活态化的保护。

Administrative Law Protection of the Qiaoxiang Cultural Ecology

Abstract: Qiaoxiang cultural ecology is the foundation of qiaoxiang culture to maintain the excellent, and it is also the spiritual source to attract overseas Chinese or ethnic Chinese play an important role in China. Scholars from qiaoxiang culture to explore overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese love hometown emotion consciousness, and less research ecological and cultural determinants in the long-term retention of qiaoxiang culture. The unique value and social significance of the protection of administrative law to achieve ecological culture. China should adopt to administrative confirmation, administrative license, administrative guidance, administrative benefit, administrative incentives, government supervision, the public in, and a variety of internal and external mechanisms for the elements of the administrative law protection of the protection mechanism of qiaoxiang cultural ecology, which will to qiaoxiang cultural system, the living state of the protection.
