东南亚在地史料与华人社会：以砂印边境客家聚落为例^*

【摘要】：本文以马来西亚砂拉越与印度尼西亚西加里曼丹边境地区的客家聚落为例，说明东南亚在地史料之收集、整理及应用。作者通过多年田野调查的亲身经历指出，在地史料蕴含着华侨华人可歌可泣的史实，能与文献相互勘考，值得开发网罗。

Southeast Asian Local Historical Materials and Overseas Chinese Communities: An Exploration of the Hakka Settlement in the borderland between Sarawak and West Kalimantan

Abstract: Taking an analysis of the Hakka settlement in the borderland between Sarawak and West Kalimantan as an example, this paper attempt to further explain the collection and application of Southeast Asian local historical materials. Through the extensive fieldwork experience, I argue that in order to advance the Overseas Chinese studies, scholars should integrated documentation with local historical materials.
