推进共同富裕示范区建设的路径探索:

以温州市侨联为例

摘要：以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于共同富裕重要论述为指导，以学习贯彻党的二十大精神为主线，以《关于支持浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的意见》和《浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区实施方案(2021-2025年)》为依据，分析新时代温州侨界在助推共同富裕示范区建设中的优势，研究以侨架桥、打造“侨家乐”品牌、引才引企引资回归等侨界助力共同富裕路径探索，剖析实践中存在的主要问题并提出相关政策建议。凝聚侨心、汇聚侨力，为浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区画好侨界“同心圆”。

The Path Exploration of Wenzhou Overseas Chinese Community to Promote the Construction Zone for Common Prosperity Demonstration Area

Abstract: Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on steadily promoting the common prosperity of all people , with the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party as the main line and based on the “Guideline on Building the Eastern Province of Zhejiang into a Demonstration Zone for Achieving Common Prosperity" and the “ Implementation Plan for Zhejiang High-quality Development and Construction of a Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone (2021 -2025 )", the author analyzes the advantages of Zhejiang overseas Chinese in promoting the construction of the common prosperity demonstration zone in the new era, and explores the paths for overseas Chinese to promote common prosperity, such as build bridges with overseas Chinese, create the brand of “Overseas Chinese Family Fun”, attract talents and enterprises, attract investment and return, etc and analyzes the main problems in practice and puts forward relevant policy suggestions. Gather overseas Chinese hearts and strength, and draw a “concentric circle" of overseas Chinese for Zhejiang's highquality development and construction of a common prosperity demonstration zone.
