“离群”与“合众”

——泰北华宗万佛慈恩寺宗教和谐经验

摘 要  现代泰国以信仰小乘佛教为主，而汉传大乘佛教随着华侨居民信仰传入泰国并确立了合法的佛教宗派地位—华宗。泰国第七代华宗大尊长潮汕华人仁得上师在清莱府创建万佛慈恩寺作为泰北弘扬大乘佛法的中心，万佛慈恩寺成为了当代泰国华宗的重要道场。本文以万佛慈恩寺为考察对象，从区域分布、僧伽管理、内部建设和社会联系这四个方面分析其发展经验，从中揭示出其与不同宗派以及地方社会之间的良性互动关系，为宗教和谐提供有益的思考。

— The Experience of Religious Harmony of the Muen Buddha Temple in Northern Thailand

Abstract: The main belief in modern Thailand is Theravada Buddhism. The Mahayana Buddhism spread to Thailand with the belief of overseas Chinese and established a legitimate status of Buddhist sect - Hua Zong. Master Ren De who is overseas Chinese of Chaoshan Natives and the seventh president of Hua Zong in Thailand create the Muen Buddha Temple in Chiang Rai as the center of Mahayana Buddhism in Northern Thailand. The Muen Buddha Temple has become an important space of contemporary Hua Zong in Thailand. Based on the four aspects of location distribution, Sangha management, internal construction and social relations, this article analyzes the development experience of the Muen Buddha Temple, revealing its good relationship with different sects and local communities. It will provide the useful thinking for religious harmony.
